Kate Sheppard - Habotai

Kate Sheppard - Habotai

from 4.50

Kate Sheppard* is a very pale, pinky blush. Just a hint of colour for a warm, pretty ribbon.

  • We hand-dye and hand-cut these ribbons in our Somerset workshop

  • Made from the finest habotai silk, to give a soft, flowing effect, with a slight shimmery effect.

  • All dyes are handmade by us using plants we have sourced from the local area, reusing and recycling flowers and garden waste

  • These ribbons are cut on the bias, so drape beautifully

  • They are approximately 1.5m in length, which is a perfect length for tying on a bouquet, but if you require longer lengths you can easily stitch a few reels together

  • Available in 3 widths - 2cm, 5cm, 8cm

  • Supplied on handmade wooden peg, wrapped in tissue, and packaged in a box for protection

  • Perfect for adding a luxurious and romantic feel to your wedding or event

*Kate Sheppard was born in England in 1847 Kate moved to New Zealand in the 1860s, where she became a feminist and a leader of the women's suffrage movement.
