Small parcel (1-16 ribbons - please note some bulkier items such as velvet ribbons and sample cards may take the shipping up to the large parcel size)

> Royal Mail Tracked 24 - 1 day aim (NOT guaranteed) - £3.40

> Royal Mail Special delivery (next working day by 1pm) - £7*

Large parcel (17 or more ribbons, or bulkier items)

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Orders may be returned within 14days of receipt, if unused, uncut and in original condition. Please email us in advance to get the return address: hello@heirloomsilk.com . Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, please obtain proof of posting. If there is a problem with your order you must inform us within 48hrs of receipt with images of the fault.
