Irena Sendler* is a white silk ribbon. Previously this colour was in our limited edition range but it proved so popular we decided to add it to the permanent collection.

• These silk ribbons are approximately 1.5m in length, which is a perfect length for tying on a bouquet, but if you require longer lengths you can easily stitch a few reels together

• Available in 3 widths - 2cm, 5cm, 8cm. Please note - the 2cm wide ribbons are cut slightly wider, this is to compensate for the natural ‘stretch’ in bias cut silk which can make them appear narrower than 2cm.

• We hand-dye and hand-cut these silk ribbons in our Somerset workshop

• Made from the finest pure habotai silk, to give a soft, flowing effect, with a slight shimmery effect.

• All dyes are handmade by us using plants we have sourced from the local area, reusing and recycling flowers and garden waste

• These ribbons are cut on the bias, so drape beautifully

• Supplied on handmade wooden peg and wrapped in tissue. You can choose to add on a natural Kraft gift box too

• Perfect for adding a luxurious and romantic feel to your wedding or event

*Irena Sendler was a humanitarian from Poland. During the war she was in the underground resistance and helped get Jewish children out of the ghetto in Warsaw, she was caught and given a death sentence but managed to escape.
